Day 01 - Arrival to Paro

Arrive Paro by Druk Air, the only national carrier. The flight offers you beautiful view of mountains and landscape. Upon arriving Paro Valley and after completing visa formalities, you will be met by Bhutan Home Adventure representative at the airport and drop to Hotel.

Day 02 - Paro Sightseeing - Thimphu

Paro (Altitude- 300ft) - Visit the northen part of Paro valley, the Impressive of Drugyal Dzong ruins (fortress of Victorious, which has been built by Drukpas, after the victory over Tibetans in the mid 0f 17th century. On clear day you can also view mount Jomolhari, the area just above 30 minutes drive from paro Town.

Drive to Thimphu, on the way one have sight scence of semtokha dzong, , the oldest fortress built in 1629 by Shabdrung Ngawang Namgyal (the man who unified Bhutan). The fortress serves as an administrative center, and the center for the monk’s religious activity.

Day 03 - Thimphu - Punakha - Wangduephodrang

Morning Thimphu Sightseeing, Afternoon drive to Wangduephodrang via Punakha. Thimphu (Altitude -2300ft) - It is one of the modern capital of Bhutan, which lie at 2300 ft , in a valley transferred by Wangchu river. Tashi Choedzong is one of the main secretariat buildings. It also the throne room of his majesty and summer resident of central monk body. Thimphu maintains a strong national charactering the architectural style and also for ideas spot for the walks. The main sacred places within Thimphu area are Phojoding monastery, four hours walk from Thimphu area. Tango & Chery Monastery are also main sacred places, at present it is a college of Buddhist monk. Wangduephodrang - To the south of Punakha lies Wangdhi Phodrang Dzong at elevation of 1300M. it was one of the last town on the high way before eastern central Bhutan. The dzong was built during 17 century, which plays as critical role in unifying the kingdom of Bhutan from great enemies. From the dzong you can also see scenic view of the combination river following on the either side of ridge as well as bridge and valley in vicinity. Overnight at Hotel in Wangduephodrang.

Day 04 - Wangduephodrang - Thimphu - Paro

Morning drive to Thimphu for visiting kawanjangsa hadicrtaft school, choki handi-craft and after noon drive to Paro for night halt.

Day 05 - Departure

After the breakfast drive to Paro Airport. Our representative from Bhutan Home Adventure will bid you farewel.
